The Grant Beach Kitchen is FULLY stocked with all standard kitchen supplies, including but not limited to silverware, dish-ware, electric range, oven, refrigerator, toaster oven, Keurig, blender, (not to mention our barbecue in the patio), & more!

I would definitely recommend this home. The hosts are very accommodating and responsive…. I could go on about so many things that I loved about this place but I’ll leave it as ….exceptional!!

June-08 2025Our girls trip to Hollywood Beach was absolutely amazing, thanks to this lovely Airbnb! The location was perfect, just a stone's throw away from Hollywood Boardwalk. The parking was a huge plus, and the spaciousness of the house easily accommodated all 7 of us. We loved that the house was squeaky clean and well-stocked with all the essentials. The cute backyard was a delightful bonus where we could relax and unwind. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay in Hollywood Beach! 10/10!

No check in's are permitted on the day of a holiday (message host for additional details).
The listed security deposit is based on a 2-3 night stay MUST be one guest that is at least 25 years old. We require a photocopy of driver's license or valid government ID of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for booking. MUST PROVIDE Names & Ages of all Adult guests in reservation.
Non-registered guests are not permitted overnight. Any additional person that isn’t disclosed upon booking will be subject to a charge.
ALL Garbage should be removed from the house and disposed in the garbage cans outside the house prior checking out.
No garbage should be left in the house. Check-in is anytime after 3:30PM and check-out is 10:30AM.
In the event you need different times, we will try to accommodate based on availability and potentially for an additional cost. A $200.00/per day penalty will be incurred if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered after guest checks out.
At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of $150 can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate property without any refund.
You must also acknowledge: We do not accept reservations with check-ins or checkouts on Saturday’s. We may accept Sunday checkins based on availability and schedule.
Management is not responsible for loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
Guest required to sign off on rental agreement prior to stay.
